Same the world over

That is, widespread dismay at the specter of the uppity political wife. How dare she have an intellectual life of her own! Doesn't she realize that her husband has become Somebody Important?? Sigh.

I have a little daydream that maybe she and Hillary hang out, and talk about how annoying it is to be smarter than your husband but having to remember not to show him up in public.
